The concession stand was actually quick, which was a nice surprise. The pizza was better than I expected too, not that the bar was exactly sky-high. The kids were very into the slushies, so that was a win. Prices were about what you’d expect, because apparently snacks have to cost that much now.

So... we signed up for the membership thinking it would help us save money, but it only seems worth it if you’re going constantly. Between the extra fees and some of the limits on when/how we could use it, it ended up being kind of disappointing. The kids still enjoy going, but as far as the membership value goes, it just didn’t make much sense for our family.

We had a really nice visit and I’m grateful for how kind everyone was. The front desk got us through the waivers and socks quickly, and one staff member was so patient with my kid when they were feeling nervous. It was busy, but the staff still stayed friendly and helpful the whole time. We really appreciated it and would definitely go back.

Felt safe. The staff kept an eye on the kids. Nice.

We took the kids here last weekend they were entertained the whole time!! It’s not just trampolines either, they had dodgeball, foam pits, climbing areas, and a little kid section too.
We were there for almost 2 hours and still didn’t make it through everything. Such a good spot when the kids have way too much energy lol!!

Check-in was fast and I didn’t have any hassle, so I was happy with it. when that part goes smoothly, I kind of assume the whole place is better

We was having fun overall, even though the wait was long. It got a little tiring, but once we got through it, we still enjoyed ourselves

I took my 6 and 11 year old and they both ended up having a really good time, so I’d call that a win, right? My younger one needed a little more keeping an eye on because some of the older kids were jumping fast, but there was still plenty he could enjoy. The staff seemed to be around and it felt mostly safe overall. I’d say it’s probably better for school-age kids than really tiny toddlers, but we’d go back.

We took the kids to Altitude Trampoline Park and they definitely had a good time running around and jumping, so I’ll give them that. But the safety side felt loose. It was crowded, kids were jumping really close to each other, and I didn’t see much staff actually watching the busier areas.
There were bigger kids doing flips near little ones and nobody seemed to step in, which made me nervous. I also tried reaching out afterward, but the email response felt like it was written by a robot and didn’t really address my concern. Maybe we just caught them on a chaotic day, but for what it costs, I expected the rules to be enforced better...

Everything looked clean and was in really good condition, if that makes sense. The kids had no issues at all and everything worked fine.

We had my son’s birthday party here, and it went well. The party host was sooo nice and helped get all the kids checked in, then kept everything moving along without making it feel rushed.

The food came out a little later than we were expecting, which was kind of a bummer, but she kept checking on us the whole time and made sure we had plates, drinks, and all the little stuff we needed.

Overall, it was a good party and easy on us parents, which I really appreciated. I only took off one star because of the small wait, but the host was greattt

We took our kids to Altitude Trampoline Park last weekend, it went better than I expected. I’m the type who notices patterns quickly in places like this, and the main thing I picked up on was that the staff weren’t just standing around — they were actually watching what was happening.

They kept reminding kids about one person per trampoline and stepped in when anyone started pushing or getting too wild. A couple kids seemed to test the same rules more than once, but the staff stayed calm and consistent, which I appreciated.

The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars was the check-in line moving a little slower than I’d hoped. Still, I’d take a slightly slow start over a place that turns into total chaos, so we’ll probably be back.

I filled out the waiver online before heading in, and it was quick! Definitely saved me some time at check-in. It did take me a minute to find the link though :)

Honestly, 5 stars just for the layout. I cannot stand places where you walk in and immediately feel like you need a map, a compass, and maybe a staff member to decode where everything is. Here, the jump areas, seating, lockers, all of it was easy to find, and we weren’t wandering around in circles like confused tourists.

I also loved that I could actually sit down and still see most of the park while the kids ran around. That should be standard everywhere, seriously. When it gets busy, it’s already enough trying to keep track of everyone, so being able to relax a little without constantly jumping up to search for them made the whole visit way less stressful.

We went on a weekend and I was expecting parking to be a hassle, but it wasn’t bad at all. The entrance was easy to spot, and my mom was able to get in fine with her walker. It did get a little crowded around check-in, which felt kind of unnecessary, but overall it was a easy visit

The kids had plenty of space to jump around without constantly running into other people, which made the whole visit way more relaxing. Check-in was quick too, so we didn’t have to stand around waiting forever. Overall, I was really happy with the experience and the kids had a blast. We’ll definitely be back
